21-Day Challenge Terms & Conditions

We are confident that if you follow our 21-Day Fitness & Weight Loss Program exactly as prescribed, you will see results. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee if you complete all requirements below and do not see any visible progress.

Program Cost

$199 - Payment must be made in full before starting the program.

Money-Back Guarantee Requirements

  • Complete at least 12 workouts in 21 days (4+ per week).
  • Check in at GRND Fitness before every workout (logged via Wodify).
  • Follow the provided meal plan with at least 80% compliance.
  • Submit a photo of every meal, snack, and drink consumed.
  • Upload before & after body shots weekly (front, side, and back).
  • Perform daily weigh-ins and upload them to our tracking system.
  • Measure & track body fat percentage and inches at the start and end.

If you skip workouts, fail to track food, or miss photo uploads, you will not qualify for a refund.
